Hi, I’m Sal – co-founder of StriveHub, ADHD and Executive Function Coach, and a former Science teacher with over 27 years of experience working with children, young people, and adults.
As someone with AuDHD and dyslexia, I understand first-hand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate in a world that isn’t always built with us in mind. That lived experience is at the heart of my coaching.
At The StriveHub, I support individuals of all ages who are experiencing overwhelm, big emotions, focus difficulties, or neurodivergent experiences like ADHD, AuDHD or ASD. Whether you're a parent trying to help your child manage emotional outbursts, a student overwhelmed by deadlines, or a professional seeking clarity and calm — I’m here to help.
Sal
Parents and Families - I work with children who are impulsive, emotionally flooded, or struggling with routines, and with the parents who love them. Together we build practical, family-friendly strategies that bring calm, connection, and confidence back into everyday life.
School-Age Students - If you are in secondary school or sixth form and finding it hard to stay on top of work, manage time, or revise without stress, I can help you build habits that work with your brain, not against it. We focus on study skills, emotional regulation, and a system that actually sticks.
University Students and Professionals - Life does not get easier, only more complex. I support adults and university students who feel overwhelmed, newly diagnosed, or stuck in cycles of procrastination and burnout. Together we build sustainable strategies that bring back clarity, control, and confidence.
My approach is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and tailored entirely to your lived experience. I bring both deep understanding and lived experience of neurodivergence, alongside decades in education. Whether you are ten or sixty, I meet you where you are, with no shame, no pressure, and a strong belief in your potential.
I create a calm and structured space where you can understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with clarity instead of judgement. You do not need to mask or pretend here. You just need to show up, and we will build something sustainable together.
What You Leave With
People who work with me usually experience:
Better emotional regulation
Greater clarity in stressful moments
Increased self awareness
A stronger inner narrative
A sense of control returning
Reduced internal conflict
Improved focus and follow-through
A deeper understanding of personal triggers
The goal is not to become a different person.
The goal is to become more you, with less friction.
Step 1: Understanding your internal wiring
We uncover how your mind processes emotion, attention, overwhelm, and pressure.
Step 2: Identifying the patterns
You will see why certain situations trigger shutdown, impulsivity, or emotional flooding.
Step 3: Rebuilding your system
We build personalised strategies based on your actual brain, not generic advice.
Step 4: Strengthening your identity and confidence
You learn to trust yourself.
I believe effective coaching is built on a combination of professional expertise, lived experience and continual learning. Alongside 27 years working in education, I continue to invest in specialist training to ensure my coaching reflects current research and best practice in executive function, ADHD, autism and neurodiversity.

If you would like to explore coaching, the simplest step is this:
Schedule an initial conversation
A Discovery Call is free and comes with no obligation. It is a relaxed twenty to thirty minute conversation, online, to see if we are a good fit and to talk through what support might look like for you.
Sessions start from £70. Full pricing, session lengths, and payment details are shared on your Discovery Call, so we can talk about what suits your situation rather than working from a fixed list.
